NHRG 15kW switch mode power supplies are oil insulated and are available for different applications. For each application the necessary power supplies (grid, filament, bias) are included optionally.
5 models with voltage outputs from 80kV to 170kV are available. The NHRG series is specially designed for extremely harsh conditions.

SPECIFICATION

Input400Vac ±10%, 50 or 60Hz, three phase
OutputModels with output voltages of 3kV or 5kV and with two different output powers of 6 or 12kW are available. To increase power capabilities parallel operation for the 12kW model is available as option. Each model is available with either positive, negative, or reversible polarity referring to earth.
Analogue I/O-interfaceVoltage and power are continuously adjustable over 0 –10 V analogue inputs. The actual value is issued at the analogue interface with 0 –10 V.
Digitale E/A-SchnittstelleVoltage and power are continuously adjustable over 0 –10 V analogue inputs. The actual value is issued at the analogue interface with 0 –10 V.
Digital I/O-interfaceOver the digital interface the power supply can be released as well as device-specific and process-specific messages are issued
